1. If you have filled our Lease Home Search Form, we will create a search for you that you define. You will receive and email that contains a link to your own personalized search.

2. When you have decided on your top Rental Homes in the list, we will set up the appointment to view each of your choices. It has been our experience that a 45 day time frame helps our clients find the "just right" property. If you begin looking any sooner, it is likely that the owners will not accept the application. 3. I FOUND A HOME! Now What? You will need to complete the lease application. You can find all the instructions on the Application Instructions Page

4. Some clients have credit issues. If you think that may be the case for you, go to our page for Credit Issues This information might save you a great deal of money and wasted time submitting applications and money orders, just to be told "NO!" If you have major credit issues, we can point you to a great credit repair service that can attempt to help you get your credit score back on track.

5. I Am Approved! Once your application has been approved, you will be sent the lease agreement. Once you have completed the agreement, you will be asked to submit the deposit and signed agreement together. The deposit is usually equivilant to the amount of the first months rent. Sometimes clients are asked to submit 2 months deposit if they may have had issues with rental history or credit scores. This is on a case by case basis. You will then need to pay the first months rent a couple of days before your actual move in date. If you move in on the first of the month, the full months rent is usually required. If it is in the middle of the month or another day other than the 1st of the month, a pro-rated amount will be due.
