Application Instructions

Dear Prospective Tenant:

We are pleased that you are interested in leasing one of our homes. In order for us to respond

quickly to your application it is essential that you:

Complete the Lease Credit Application

**All applicants/occupants over 18 years of age must complete application**

Submit the complete signed application with an application fee

($40 per person but varies per owner) (Required)

Sign the “Information About Brokerage Services” form (Required)

Include personal tax information/pay stubs for income verification (Required)

Include a copy of your driver’s license or photo I.D. MUST be legible (Required)

Omission of any item above may delay processing.

As part of our review process, we will be ordering a credit report and verifying the information on

your application. If you wish to provide additional references or information, do so with a separate

sheet of paper. When completing the application you must include:

Names, social security #’s, and complete addresses with zip codes for all tenants

and occupants.

A minimum of two years employment history and two employment references

requested.

A minimum of two years rental history and a minimum of two rental references

requested.

Pet information (note deposits may vary at the property owner’s discretion)

THE HOUSE WILL NOT BE TAKEN OFF THE MARKET UNTIL YOUR APPLICATION

HAS BEEN PROCESSED, FORMALLY ACCEPTED, CERTIFIED FUNDS ARE

RECEIVED, AND THE LEASE IS FULLY EXECUTED BY ALL PARTIES.

We are usually able to process your application and give you a response within two business

days granted all information is received.
